This is not your average sweet potato pie.  This is a flavorful rendition of my Granny Lucille's sweet potato pie, a hometown favorite!  If you're looking for a mild pie, one that is heavy on the cinnamon, or one that reminds you of pumpkin pie, then this pie is NOT for you!  It's rich and warm with nutmeg undertones paired with a melt-in-your-mouth pie crust made from scratch.
