CAN YOU MAKE ME A CAKE THAT LOOKS LIKE...?
No. Unfortunately, we no longer offer custom cakes or other customized items.
DO YOU DO WEDDING CAKES?
No. Not specifically anyway. We no longer offer custom cake options, however, you are welcome to select a signature cake from our current cake menu to enjoy at your wedding. Please note that we cannot accommodate any custom design selections.
DO YOU HAVE ANY READY-MADE CAKES FOR ME TO PICK UP AT YOUR STORE TODAY?
No. We value freshness and quality so all of our whole cakes are available by pre-order only. We require minimum of 3 days notice (order must be placed on our website by 5pm on Wednesdays for the current week) but our weekly slots tend to fill quickly so it is recommended that you place your order well in advance.
CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP ON A DAY OTHER THAN FRIDAY OR SATURDAY?
No. Our OTR store location is only open on Fridays & Saturdays so pickup is only available on Fridays & Saturdays AFTER 2pm. We do, however, offer local delivery Wednesday through Saturday. You may select local delivery only for Wednesdays and Thursdays (we are CLOSED Sunday-Tuesday). Please note that if you select "store pickup" for any day other than Friday or Saturday your order will be canceled.
IS USPS SHIPPING THE SAME AS LOCAL DELIVERY?
No. We offer our own local delivery service to select zones in the Greater Cincinnati area. If the address you enter for shipping is NOT within one of our delivery zones, local delivery will NOT show up as an option for you in the drop down menu at checkout. When that happens, DO NOT select USPS shipping, as your order will be canceled. We do not SHIP cakes or cupcakes via USPS. Depending on your delivery zone, we may only offer delivery to your address on certain days of the week.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER EARLY (before 2pm)?
No. If you show up prior to 2pm your order may not be ready. We receive a lot of orders for pickup each weekend. We want to make sure that we give each one of them the time and attention needed to ensure that they are correct and exceed expectations in quality and appearance. If you need your order for a event earlier in the day, we recommend that you schedule your order pickup for the day before (Fridays for early Saturday events) or schedule your order to be delivered on Thursday (for early Friday events).
IF AN ITEM ON THE WEBSITE SAYS "OUT OF STOCK" IS IT REALLY OUT OF STOCK OR CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER?
If an item on our website shows as "out of stock", it indicates that all of our slots are full for the current week or we have temporarily stopped taking advance orders for that particular item. We alot a certain amount of time each week to complete orders and it is important that we do not overbook so that we can continue to provide the excellent quality and service that you can expect. Our website inventory will be reset each Monday after 12pm. If reset has happened and an items still says "out of stock", it means we are already booked out for that week.
